As AI computing continues to expand and server power density rises, liquid cooling is moving rapidly toward large-scale deployment. At the same time, cooling systems are facing increasingly demanding requirements in terms of flow control accuracy, pressure drop, reliability, material cleanliness, and installation space.

At this year’s event, TigerIoT highlighted a range of products for data center liquid cooling, including stainless steel electric control valves, stainless steel ball valves, pressure independent control valves (PICVs), balancing valves, and intelligent electric actuators. These products can be applied in CDUs, secondary cooling loops, cold plate branches, and other data center cooling systems for flow regulation, hydraulic balancing, and system control.

As CDU capacities continue to move toward megawatt and multi-megawatt levels, higher flow requirements are driving the need for larger valve sizes. At the same time, available installation space inside the CDU remains limited.

To address this challenge, TigerIoT showcased its large-diameter stainless steel modulating ball valves, combining a compact design, high flow capacity, and electric modulation. This helps CDU designers meet increasing flow requirements while optimizing equipment layout and installation space.

Intelligent control was another key focus of the exhibition. TigerIoT electric actuators support proportional control, floating control, and RS485 communication, together with features such as automatic calibration and high-precision positioning. These capabilities help improve control flexibility and operating stability across different liquid cooling conditions.

During the exhibition, the TigerIoT team held in-depth discussions with industry professionals on topics including valve sizing, flow control, low-pressure-drop design, space optimization, material compatibility, and system reliability. Feedback from different markets and application scenarios will also provide valuable input for continued product development and technical improvement.

The Singapore exhibition further strengthened TigerIoT’s presence in the data center liquid cooling industry and created new opportunities to connect with customers and partners across Southeast Asia and global markets.

Looking ahead, TigerIoT will continue to focus on high precision, high reliability, and intelligent control, while expanding its portfolio of liquid cooling flow control products to provide more stable, efficient, and compact solutions for CDUs, liquid-cooled racks, and data center cooling systems.
